Printer-friendly version

Using a mixed-methods approach, we will assess high school students understanding and use regarding electronic cigarettes. Focus groups will be conducted with an ethnically diverse group of high school students, followed by the administration of an online survey to 500 high school students that will assess their current knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs regarding e-cigarettes and tobacco products, as well as, their patterns of use for these products. Findings will support the development of intervention materials to prevent e-cigarette use among youth.
